Project Coordinator - Events (PCO001)
Job Description:
Foreground is partnering with a leading events and entertainment organization in Saudi Arabia to identify a proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-profile events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fast-paced operations while ensuring coordination between teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating event timelines, schedules, and detailed project plans.
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, venue booking, vendor management, and catering.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, including presentations, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Serve as a liaison with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain and update project documentation and assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Provide on-site support during setup, live events, and teardown.
- Help manage event staff and address real-time issues.
- Assist in post-event reporting and feedback collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or project support.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
