 Job Description:

Foreground is partnering with a multinational holding company with regional headquarters in Lebanon to appoint an experienced, culturally attuned, and strategically minded Head of Corporate Communications, based in Beirut. The role carries regional influence across business verticals in media, manufacturing, and financial services, and is positioned as a direct advisor to the Group CEO and board.

Role Purpose

To define and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with the groups transformation agenda, reinforces brand credibility, and builds trust across stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, regulatory bodies, and the public.

This role will bridge strategic messaging, crisis management, executive positioning, and internal alignment, with full ownership of both external representation and internal communications frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the corporate communications strategy for the group, aligned with executive leadership and group-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a close advisor to the CEO and board members on strategic communications, reputation management, and stakeholder messaging.
  • Oversee media relations, brand PR, content development, social media positioning, and investor communications across all channels.
  • Manage the groups internal communications platforms and change communications programs to ensure organizational cohesion during transformation phases.
  • Lead preparation of high-stakes communications materials including press releases, speeches, annual reports, regulatory submissions, and crisis response statements.
  • Represent the company with regional and international media outlets, building long-term relationships with editors, journalists, and agency partners.
  • Establish communications KPIs and performance dashboards, including sentiment tracking, engagement analytics, and media impact reporting.
  • Oversee agency relationships and internal teams responsible for content, brand positioning, and visual identity consistency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public affairs within a regional or multinational setting.
  • Previous experience in a leadership communications role within a holding company, investment firm, or diversified conglomerate is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in managing communications during corporate restructuring, M&A, crisis events, or regulatory engagement.
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Political Science, Journalism, or Public Relations; Masters degree preferred.
  • Exceptional command of both English and Arabic written and spoken is essential for media and stakeholder engagement across the region.
