Job Description:
Foreground is hiring on behalf of an international events agency for a technically skilled, problem-solving Technical Project Manager, responsible for the technical planning, setup, and troubleshooting of AV, lighting, rigging, and stage infrastructure across major events.
This role acts as the technical lead on-site, bridging creative ambition with engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical planning across AV, staging, lighting, and digital tech for live events and brand experiences.
- Oversee installation timelines, load-in/load-out sequences, and compliance with venue regulations.
- Work closely with producers, designers, and suppliers to ensure alignment on specs and feasibility.
- Conduct technical site surveys and coordinate supplier RFPs and contracts.
- Lead onsite setup, rehearsals, and operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance delivery.
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years in technical project management for live events or broadcast production.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi permitting, venue safety standards, and local supplier networks.
- Hands-on familiarity with LED walls, projection mapping, lighting desks, audio systems, and networking.
- Arabic is an advantage; English fluency required.
