The Role

The Director will lead HSE strategy, governance, and implementation across all projects and operations. This role will oversee policy development, audits, and compliance with national and international standards. A key focus will be embedding a proactive safety culture across the workforce. The Director will work closely with project leadership and regulators. This role will also manage incident response and continuous improvement initiatives. Executive-level accountability is expected.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior HSE leadership experience within construction or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of regulatory and international HSE standards is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal profile demonstrates authority, credibility, and leadership influence. Professional HSE certifications are required.
