Our client is an established manufacturing organization with a significant operational presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The business manages high-volume production and distribution activities, serving both domestic and export markets.

The Role
The Logistics Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily execution of logistics and distribution activities across warehousing, inventory control, dispatch, transportation, and shipment coordination.
This is a hands-on, field-oriented role with direct supervisory responsibility for frontline logistics teams. The Supervisor will coordinate closely with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, and internal production teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant movement of raw materials and finished goods.
A core focus of the role is maintaining operational discipline, minimizing delays and discrepancies, resolving day-to-day issues efficiently, and ensuring that logistics operations consistently meet defined service and cost targets. The position plays a critical role in sustaining service reliability and supporting ongoing operational improvements across the supply chain.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong, practical logistics experience gained within manufacturing, industrial, building materials, FMCG, or other high-volume distribution environments.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Solid supervisory experience across warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch coordination
- Hands-on exposure to freight forwarding processes, customs documentation, and shipment compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead and motivate logistics teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Experience managing and coordinating third-party logistics providers and transportation partners
- Strong problem-solving capability, with confidence in handling operational escalations and time-sensitive issues
Experience operating within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly advantageous. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English across operational and external stakeholders.
The role requires an execution-focused professional who is resilient under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable working closely with day-to-day operational activities.
