Foreground is partnering with a leading creative agency to appoint a Creative Strategist.

About the Role

The Creative Strategist is entrusted with shaping the vision and strategy behind high-impact campaigns, branding, and experiential activations. This role translates insights and research into actionable creative briefs, ensuring every project is both innovative and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated campaigns, branding, and event activations
  • Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for creative, design, and content teams
  • Collaborate with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
  • Present strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support new business pitches and proposal development with strategic input
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation, and cultural insights relevant to the agencys work

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or related roles within agency or brand environments
  • Strong track record of developing successful strategies for leading brands and campaigns
  • Excellent analytical, research, and storytelling skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with digital, social, and experiential marketing
  • Familiarity with the GCC market and regional cultural nuances is preferred
