Vice President – Brand & Customer Experience

Our client is a consumer-facing organisation with a growing retail footprint across Saudi Arabia. The business is repositioning its brands to strengthen customer loyalty and long-term market differentiation.
The Role
The Vice President will lead brand strategy, customer experience, and engagement across all consumer touchpoints. This role will oversee brand positioning, communications, loyalty programs, and customer insights. A key focus will be aligning brand promise with in-store and digital experiences. The VP will work closely with marketing, operations, and digital teams to embed customer-centricity. The role will also lead CX measurement frameworks and improvement initiatives. This position carries strong influence on commercial performance and reputation.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior brand or customer experience leadership experience within retail or consumer sectors. Strong exposure to omnichannel customer journeys is essential. Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic brand thinking combined with operational execution. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams is required. A strong understanding of consumer behaviour and data-driven CX is critical.
