Our client is implementing enterprise AI platforms across multiple businesses and requires technical specialists capable of configuring, integrating, and supporting AI technologies throughout the organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of AI Solutions & Intelligent Automation, the AI Solutions Specialist will support the deployment and optimisation of enterprise AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions.

The role will configure AI applications, coordinate vendor implementations, support business testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist business users throughout solution deployment.

The Specialist will also evaluate emerging AI capabilities, recommend enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise AI solutions.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess experience implementing enterprise applications, AI platforms, Microsoft technologies, automation solutions, or business systems.

Strong analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and experience supporting enterprise technology implementations are essential.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, OpenAI Enterprise, UiPath, or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
