Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overseas resources and lead the end-to-end establishment of offline sales networks abroad, ensuring brand reputation and revenue targets are met.
- Drive regional market expansion by executing company sales strategies, including partner development, distributor system setup, sales policy formulation, and budget planning to achieve annual sales goals.
- Maintain key distributor and partner relationships through regular visits and strategic communication.
- Monitor market dynamics, including competitor analysis, product feedback, and demand research, and consolidate insights for decision-making.
- Build and manage local teams, ensuring operational efficiency and goal alignment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of offline sales experience in stationery, office supply
- Excellent interpersonal skills, extensive local business networks, and a customer-centric approach.
