Prodcution Director

1. Departmental Oversight & Management
   • Lead and supervise daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient resource utilization.
   • Manage personnel, equipment, and workflows to maintain optimal productivity and compliance with organizational standards.
2. Production Planning & Execution
   • Oversee the implementation of production schedules to guarantee timely order fulfillment and delivery targets.
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align production activities with business objectives.
3. Quality Control & Process Improvement
   • Investigate and resolve product quality deviations through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and reliability.
4. Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization
   • Identify and implement strategies to elevate production efficiency while minimizing operational costs.
   • Leverage data-driven insights to streamline processes and reduce waste.
5. Workplace Leadership & Development
   • Provide hands-on guidance and training to production teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
   • Mentor and develop frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of departmental management experience in a manufacturing environment; preference given to candidates with multinational company experience or background.
2. Proven experience in managing teams of 100+ employees.
3. Strong problem-solving skills in production floor operations.
4. Excellent execution, communication, and coordination abilities.
