We are seeking a driven Eastern Territory Account Manager to lead sales growth across Eastern Canada, including Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing crop protection company at a pivotal moment, with 15 new product launches expected in 2025.

About the Role

As part of our team, youll play a key role in expanding our presence in Eastern Canada. Youll work closely with distributors, retailers, and industry influencers to drive sales and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Regional and national distributors
    • Independent retailers and key industry influencers
  • Develop regional forecasts and strategic sales plans.
  • Provide market intelligence (e.g., pricing trends, competitor analysis, demand insights).
  • Identify new market opportunities and product needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in agrochemical or crop input sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is required.
  • CCA or other crop certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 3540% of the time.
