Customer Service and Communication

  1. Act as the primary liaison between customers and the sales team, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and needs.

Logistics Coordination and Management

  1. Manage the end-to-end logistics of pesticide shipments from China to the U.S., ensuring seamless transportation and delivery.
  2. Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate compliant and timely clearance of goods.
  3. Oversee cargo pick-up, arranging transportation and warehousing to ensure efficient extraction from ports or storage facilities.
  4. Plan and monitor inland U.S. transportation, selecting optimal modes (e.g., truck, rail) and routes for safe, cost-effective delivery.
  5. Track shipment progress in real-time, providing updates to customers and resolving transit issues to maintain satisfaction.

Administrative Support and Management

  1. Assist with daily office operations, including document management, meeting coordination, and procurement of supplies.
  2. Maintain and organize customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  3. Support ad-hoc tasks related to customer service and office administration as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Experience: 5+ years in import/export operations, with expertise in customer service, logistics, customs clearance, and transportation.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the pesticide sector is a plus.
  3. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in office management and the ability to handle administrative tasks independently.
