Customer Service and Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the sales team, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and needs.
- Address customer complaints and suggestions proactively, implementing solutions to enhance service quality continuously.
- Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication, gathering feedback to support business growth and improvement.
Logistics Coordination and Management
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of pesticide shipments from China to the U.S., ensuring seamless transportation and delivery.
- Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate compliant and timely clearance of goods.
- Oversee cargo pick-up, arranging transportation and warehousing to ensure efficient extraction from ports or storage facilities.
- Plan and monitor inland U.S. transportation, selecting optimal modes (e.g., truck, rail) and routes for safe, cost-effective delivery.
- Track shipment progress in real-time, providing updates to customers and resolving transit issues to maintain satisfaction.
Administrative Support and Management
- Assist with daily office operations, including document management, meeting coordination, and procurement of supplies.
- Maintain and organize customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to customer service and office administration as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in import/export operations, with expertise in customer service, logistics, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the pesticide sector is a plus.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in office management and the ability to handle administrative tasks independently.
