Job Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Deployment
Execute the company's recruitment strategy for the Europe region by optimizing local channels (e.g., job portals, headhunters), building connections with industry professionals, and expanding the regional talent pool to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring. - Compensation & Benefits Management
Collaborate with local third-party providers to benchmark market salary and benefits levels across European countries. Develop competitive compensation packages within budget, secure approval from headquarters, and ensure local implementation. - Performance & Training Management
Align with corporate performance policies to assist in setting, tracking, and evaluating employee goals. Conduct performance reviews and support improvement initiatives.
Partner with local and global teams to design and deliver targeted training programs that address business needs and skill gaps. - Corporate Culture & Employee Relations
Promote NPTs culture and values within the region. Foster cross-cultural integration by addressing employee feedback, enhancing engagement, and strengthening a sense of belonging. - Compliance Management
Liaise with local labor and tax authorities to ensure adherence to employment laws. Adapt the global employee handbook to regional requirements (e.g., attendance, performance, hiring/exit processes) and oversee compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher; fluency in English for professional use.
- 5+ years in HR, including 3+ years in a European HR management role overseeing multiple countries. Proven success in leading HR functions.
- Experience in high-growth, transformational, or complex organizational environments. Familiarity with all HR modules and related tools/methods.
- Preferred: Background in similar industries (e.g., manufacturing, fintech, internet).
