  1. Develop a 3-5 year business strategy for the Western European market to achieve annual sales targets (revenue, profit, market share, etc.).
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to refine product strategies and pricing models, enhancing brand competitiveness.
  3. Manage existing distribution channels (distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms) and identify new partners (e.g., chain supermarkets, office supply groups).
  4. Build and lead a sales team (if applicable), optimize performance evaluation systems, and improve end-market coverage and customer satisfaction.
  5. Drive localized marketing strategies, including digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM), offline campaigns, and customized B2B solutions.
  6. Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute brand awareness initiatives and elevate brand recognition.
  7. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to optimize inventory turnover and cost efficiency.
  8. Regularly report market progress to headquarters, providing resource requests and risk alerts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. 10+ years of experience in the stationery/office supplies/FMCG industry, including 5+ years in Western European market management.
  3. Familiarity with Western European stationery channels (e.g., Staples, Office Depot, independent retailers) and industry association networks.
  4. Proven track record in both sales (B2B/B2C) and marketing (brand promotion, user growth).
  5. Experience managing multinational teams and strong cross-cultural communication skills (fluent in English; German/French is a plus).
