岗位职责:

1. 对日本的法规和产品的准入有深入研究,具备本地化认证资源;

2.了解当地市场的消费者行为、竞争态势、行业趋势,评估市场潜力和机会,常驻现地,为公司制定针对性的接地气的市场营销策略并确保执行效果;

3. 结合公司目标、资源和策略及当地市场情况,制定区域市场品牌、营销策略和计划,并组织内外部资源,当地合作伙伴实施各类品牌、营销活动动,以提高品牌知名度和产品销量,开展执行效果跟踪,持续改进;

4. 组织和牵头区域市场中后台支持团队,规划和制定区域工作目标和战略,明确团分工,协调资源,密切协作,确保达成.

​​Job Responsibilities:​​

1. Conduct in-depth research on Japanese regulations and product market access, with access to localized certification resources.

2. Understand local consumer behavior, competitive landscape, industry trends, assess market potential and opportunities, and develop targeted, practical marketing strategies for the region while stationed onsite, ensuring effective execution.

3. Formulate regional brand and marketing strategies and plans aligned with company goals, resources, and local market conditions. Organize internal and external resources, collaborate with local partners to execute branding and marketing activities aimed at enhancing brand awareness and product sales, while conducting performance tracking and continuous optimization.

4. Lead and coordinate back-end support teams in the region, plan and define regional objectives and strategies, clarify team responsibilities, allocate resources, and ensure collaboration to achieve goals.

职位要求

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先;

2. 具有5年以上营销工作经验,有海外当地市场经验者优先;

3. 熟悉日本当地的文化、商业环境和消费习惯;

4. 具备出色的市场分析、策划和执行能力;

5. 拥有良好的团队管理经验和沟通协作能力;

6. 具有较强的创新思维和适应能力,能够应对市场变化及时调整相应策略;

7. 日本人会中文者优先,非日本人英语和日语可以作为工作语言,能接受海外派驻。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. 5+ years of marketing experience, with preference for overseas local market experience.

3. Familiarity with Japanese local culture, business environment, and consumer habits.

4. Exceptional market analysis, planning, and execution capabilities.

Strong team management and cross-functional communication skills.

5. Innovative thinking and adaptability to respond to market changes and adjust strategies promptly.

6. Japanese nationals fluent in Chinese are preferred; non-Japanese candidates must be proficient in English and Japanese, with willingness to accept overseas assignments.
