BESS: Battery Energy Storage System
Job Description:
- Study the development of energy storage in Japan, and sort out and analyze customer needs, product feedback, and information about competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team in Japan to visit customers and provide pre-sales technical support, such as explaining solutions and answering questions.
- Have a deep understanding of customer needs, identify pain points, and provide suitable energy storage technical solutions, drawings, quotation documents, etc.
- For tendering projects in Japan, collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to design relevant proposals (technical proposals, configuration proposals) and tender documents.
Qualification Requirements:
- A full-time undergraduate degree or above obtained through the unified enrollment system. Those with a major in electrical automation are preferred.
- Be able to use Japanese for listening, speaking, reading and writing as a working language, and use English to meet the daily communication needs of business emails.
- Have two or more years of technical support experience in the new energy industry, especially in fields related to photovoltaic and energy storage technologies.
- Have experience in large overseas business projects, such as photovoltaic EPC. Experience in industrial and commercial energy storage and large-scale energy storage projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in using relevant design and drawing software like CAD is a plus.
- Understand the corporate culture of Japanese enterprises, possess good communication and logical abilities, be sensitive to the market, and keep conducting competitor research.
