Local location in Tokyo, Japan has an exciting opportunity for a SALES SPRCIALIST within our

CADCAM Business. This position will identify, manage and deliver global customer centric products

to Japan market. This role contributes to the successful delivery and support of products from

conception to end of life.

Specialist Job Description / Position Overview

Reporting Line: Direct report to the Country Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycle and market sensing, handling customer communication, support,

and local sales management.

Monitor reseller sales performance and propose strategies to maximize revenue and profit

margins.

Support the development of regional sales plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies for

dental CAD/CAM digital products.

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and regional sales strategies, making forecasts.

Analyze customer segments and competitor products, comparing them with our products toassess characteristics, advantages, and potential threats.

Analyze product portfolio demand, investigate supply, revenue, and pricing, and study market

changes, competitor products, and the benefits of digital dental products.

Provide product training to resellers and customers, create and analyze reports to maximize

the value of dental digital products, and submit them to the company.

Collect customer feedback, support product usage, and adhere to project policies and

procedures.

Propose process improvement recommendations and conduct strategic evaluations of

business process improvements.

Support project rollout schedules and work across time zones as needed.

Participate in and manage weekend marketing events, requiring travel.

Negotiate effectively with clients and partners to build better deals and stronger relationships.

Utilize data analysis to identify sales trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement,

enabling informed decision-making and sales strategy adjustments.

Participate in collaborative meetings with headquarters' marketing, product development, and

customer service departments to share information and establish a consistent approach to

customer satisfaction tailored to the Japanese market.

Continuously seek professional growth opportunities to stay informed of industry trends and

adapt to changing market conditions.

Required Qualifications

University degree or graduation from a dental technician school

Over 5 years of sales experience in the medical products field

Experience in selling and training dental equipment

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Ability to meet strict deadlines and withstand pressure

Strong situational judgment, team-building, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Practical knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills

English proficiency (basic conversational level preferred)

Familiarity with digital dental products and CAD/CAM equipment

Over 5 years of proven sales management experience

Experience as a dental technician

Customer management using CRM software
