Responsibilities:
Talent Management Support:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Manage talent databases and track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
- Contribute to the creation of job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards.
- Help organize events, workshops, and training sessions for new recruits.
- Provide administrative support in maintaining employee records and onboarding processes.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Assist the leadership team with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage the calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews.
- Handle internal and external communications, such as drafting emails and reports.
- Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics for the team.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for meetings.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
