Program Manager & Lead Facilitator

Were looking for an energetic, organized, and inspiring Program Manager & Lead Facilitator to take full ownership of the day-to-day execution and delivery of the our clients program. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends program coordination with interactive facilitation. You'll be responsible for ensuring each day runs smoothly, the learning environment remains dynamic and child-centered, and the facilitation team is well-supported.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced learning environments, enjoys working with children, and knows how to lead teams with confidence and warmth. As the Program Manager, you will oversee logistics, staffing, curriculum flow, and parent communication. As the Lead Facilitator, you'll also be front-and-center opening sessions, guiding group activities, leading showcase challenges, and keeping energy high throughout the program.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of leadership, empathy, classroom management, and an infectious enthusiasm for learning.

NB: This is a 3-Month Contract role

What You'll Do

• Oversee program planning, daily scheduling, and facilitation flow.
• Lead Circle Time, Core Modules, and weekly Showcase Challenges.
• Supervise and support junior facilitators, ensuring curriculum is delivered effectively.
• Liaise with parents and ensure regular updates are sent.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for all participants.
• Track and report weekly attendance, feedback, and progress.
• Provide daily wrap-up reports and oversee final day graduation event.

What You'll Bring

• Prior experience managing or facilitating youth programs (ages 6-13).
• Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to energize children and guide other team members.
• A love for learning, creativity, and emotional development.
