Be subject matter expert in contract monetization and designing deal structure and pricing that meet the Company's growth guidelines.
Proactively identify the appropriate time engage in deal structuring based on renewal events and compelling events.
Execute consistently in accordance with commercial operating model and related business controls to meet company financial growth targets
You will be key to the success of sales team closing healthy deals in a timely manner.
This role reports to Commercial Operations Deal Management Director, who reports to the VP Global Customer Commercial Operations in the Global Customer Operations Office organization.
You are diligent in compliance with Company growth goals while also displaying the grit needed to knock down obstacles to get to data and qualitative information required to get to desire results on both a deal by deal basis and for the overall Company results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver timely guidance on contractual rights, deal structure and pricing that is aligned to sales motions for the Customer account.
Hold yourself accountable to meeting deliverables and overall Company results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Prepare a comprehensive summary of contractual rights, customer account annual recurring revenue (ARR) that will be used to create the profitable deal strategy on the customer account.
Own the customer account strategy for customer accounts within the assigned region and collaboratively often with Deal Strategist worldwide.
Ensure Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting and Product Management have visibility to customer account strategy decisions and approvals on a daily basis within out CRM (Salesforce) and Tableau dashboards.
Private Equity investors will count on this team to ensure compliance with the Company's commercial operating model, for growth in Company's ARR and Company bookings targets.
