Healthcare Recruiter - US Staffing (WFH, Remote - India) 

Night shifts - EST/PST

A minimum 5+ years of US Healthcare recruitment experience is required for this position.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis in India. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving our permanent staffing efforts for healthcare professionals across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with US healthcare clients to understand their hiring needs for various roles including RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Medical Directors, Rad Technologists, OT, PT and other clinical/non-clinical positions
  • Utilize your executive search expertise and healthcare staffing experience to identify and attract top talent from active/passive candidate pools
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including skills assessments, background checks, and reference verifications
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates across multiple disciplines
  • Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compensation analysis, and hiring best practices
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our reputation as a premier healthcare recruitment partner

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the U.S. Healthcare Permanent/W2 Recruitment is required
  • Proven track record of successfully placing healthcare candidates RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Radiologic Technologies, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Medical Directors, and other clinical roles
  • In-depth knowledge of US healthcare systems, regulations, credentialing, and hiring processes
  • Exceptional boolean sourcing abilities and proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong consultative skills to understand client needs and candidate motivations
  • Solid understanding of US employment laws and ethical recruitment practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
