We are currently seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a genuine passion for guiding clients through the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.

While we prefer candidates who can work on-site at our Fort Wayne, Indiana office, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based immigration, asylum, and removal defense.

• Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other relevant agencies.

• Represent clients before immigration courts and federal agencies.

• Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in immigration law and policy.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in immigration law.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, procedures, and regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
