This CA position will give you the opportunity to join a very successful fit-out and construction group that has been operating for over 20 years in the medical construction sector.

Reporting to the National Project Delivery Manager, you will provide administration support to the projects team to facilitate every project being completed on time and within budget allowances.

In this position, you will be responsible to process secured contracts and administer the projects to completion. This will include reviewing all trade documentation packages and pricing, letting subcontracts, maintaining project budgets, providing costing support to the design and operations teams for additional items requested by clients, attending to necessary statutory approvals, quantifying and ordering PC items.

To be successful in this role your skills and experience should include;

Working experience in MS Excel and Word is essential, experience in PowerPoint, CHEOPS, Smartsheet, Procore and BUILDSOFT is desirable.

· Ability to analyse and understand commercial conditions in all types of contracts and subcontracts.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships.

· Ability to demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills.

· Ability to remain productive whilst working independently on multiple projects at any one time.

· Ability to interface with and be a crucial influence in the Project team.

· Versatility to adapt to changing conditions and working environments.

· Ability to manage strict project timelines and demanding project situations.

· Meticulous attention to detail and delivery.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
