A leading AI consulting firm in delivering scalable enterprise AI solutions and strategy is seeking a consultative partner and relationship strategist to drive growth and deepen connections with their key enterprise accounts across North America. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced delivery teams and client leadership, acting as a trusted advisor who translates complex business challenges into actionable, high-impact solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Cultivate Trusted Partnerships: Manage complex, multi-threaded client relationships, moving beyond vendor status to become an indispensable strategic advisor.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Partner closely with internal Solution teams to identify new business opportunities within select manufacturing accounts, consistently meeting sales and margin targets.
  • Translate Challenges into Opportunities: Build a deep understanding of our clients’ business priorities, pain points, and long-term initiatives to position targeted capability suites effectively.
  • Deliver the Vision: Engage clients face-to-face to build long-term, collaborative partnerships, ensuring that the strategic roadmaps you co-create are successfully executed.
  • Lead Consultative Campaigns: Advance sales cycles through highly interactive methods, including cross-functional workshops, collaborative dialogue, and tailored pre-sales initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success leading strategic engagements and expanding revenue within new and existing enterprise accounts for pure-play analytics services.
  • Manufacturing Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of industrial, chemical, automotive, metal, or electronic manufacturing processes, technology, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Masterful Storytelling: Superb written, verbal, and formal presentation skills, with a proven ability to map client hurdles to internal capabilities and speak confidently to audiences ranging from technical implementers to C-level executives.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business and financial intelligence, with a history of executing strategies that drive measurable account growth and meet quarterly/annual targets.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Experience leading large, globally distributed teams, with a natural ability to mentor people, define complex hypotheses, and structure alternative solutions in a team environment.
