About the Opportunity

Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Ada, Oklahoma. This role reports directly to the Director of Therapy and is ideal for an early-career or junior-level therapist looking to grow within a supportive healthcare environment.
You'll join a collaborative rehabilitation team within a well-established acute care hospital serving the local and surrounding communities. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement physician-ordered physical therapy programs
  • Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and assistive devices
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and injury prevention
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff in accordance with state regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to remain composed and take appropriate action in high-pressure situations
