Director of Surgical Services

Job Description

This is a Leadership position which assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse.

Job Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ

Salary: USD $126,000 - $135,000

Signing Bonus: Yes

Relocation Package: Partial

Essential Responsibilities

• Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. .
• Oversees  9 OR and 2 Endo Suites in main hospital and 4 OR and 2 Endo suites at outpatient surgery center. 
• Direct report 3 Managers, total FTEs 60 main hospital and 25 Outpatient Surgery. 
• Total procedures annually 2022: 4346

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications: ACLS required upon hire
• Arizona State Registered RN License
  
• 5 years' experience managing 15+ OR suites and at least 3 years as a director of OR in a critical care hospital.

Nice-To-Haves

5+ years' experience in upper management in a critical care hospital.
