Job Description:
An established healthcare provider is seeking a Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner to join its Sleep Lab team. In this role, you will deliver specialized respiratory care services to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team. This position requires strong clinical expertise, independent judgment, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced respiratory therapy services in a sleep lab setting
  • Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary and sleep-related conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to develop care plans
  • Operate and maintain respiratory and sleep diagnostic equipment
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and therapy techniques
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sleep lab or polysomnography settings
  • Strong background in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
