Position Purpose: With the (PHCO) Population Health and Clinical Operations PMO team, you will be part of Population Health project management initiatives and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading business (non-IT) clinical systems migrations. Business areas in scope include Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals, Medical Management, and Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly PHCO Clinical Functional Workgroup meetings, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the PHCO business process project plan, tracking progress and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports during leadership meetings, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, navigate, and implement solutions that address market operational needs and align with system development capabilities

REQUIRED Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience. 
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools.
  • Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). 
  • Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.

    License/Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.

Preferred Skills:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Population Health initiatives and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading clinical systems migrations

  • TruCare clinical system experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective task follow-up and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary Range: 86,000.00 - 120,300.00 - 154,700.00,
