Responsibilities:

  • Website requests Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned website requests. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Regularly review the website and perform customers' requests, ensuring that all performance metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Reporting website data using Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates).

- Very Good English.

- Ability to handle company website.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
