AI Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented AI Transformation Strategist to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives across global markets. This role is responsible for shaping AI-driven business strategies, leading transformation roadmaps, and ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes for clients and the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, business transformation expertise, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of AI adoption at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

Define AI-Driven Strategy

• Develop and articulate outcome-driven AI transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term enterprise goals.
• Articulate how AI transforms business models, operating processes, and enterprise capabilities by defining where AI will create measurable business impact and how.
• Build compelling transformation narratives that translate AI opportunities into clear business cases, strategic priorities, and execution plans.
• Identify priority value pools, business opportunities, and transformation objectives enabled by AI.
• Drive AI-led business model transformation beyond traditional T&M delivery models.
• Support business case development, ROI definition, problem framing, and execution planning.
• Contribute to deal shaping, conversion strategies, and scalable AI transformation playbooks.
• Co-own deal conversion activities, from building AI-related pipeline opportunities to supporting revenue generation and business growth.

Lead AI Transformation Roadmaps

• Design and lead end-to-end AI transformation roadmaps across multiple business functions and markets.
• Translate strategy into executable initiatives, including pilots, scale-up, and enterprise adoption phases.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, organizational readiness, dependencies, and risk.
• Ensure alignment and integration across business units, platforms, and capabilities.

Drive Value Realization

• Define and govern AI value realization frameworks to ensure measurable business impact.
• Establish outcome-based KPIs and success metrics covering productivity, growth, efficiency, customer experience, and operational resilience.
• Monitor realization progress and intervene when initiatives do not meet expected outcomes.
• Track post-deployment value realization to ensure AI initiatives continue delivering expected business outcomes and ROI.
• Own AI business case approval readiness, including value justification, ROI alignment, executive reporting, and investment governance processes.
• Support AI business case approval readiness and executive reporting.

Guide Operating Model Transformation

• Lead operating model transformation to embed AI into day-to-day business execution.
• Drive changes across processes, governance structures, workforce models, decision-making, and performance management.
• Ensure AI adoption transforms ways of working rather than functioning as isolated technology initiatives.

Align Leadership & Stakeholders

• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to align on AI transformation vision, priorities, and outcomes.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, decision-making, and transformation governance.
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and secure sponsorship, investment, and long-term commitment for transformation programs.

Establish AI Transformation Governance

• Define and maintain enterprise-level governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
• Ensure alignment with ethical AI principles, regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Drive accountability, value governance, and scalable adoption practices across transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, strategy consulting, or enterprise transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI business applications, operating model transformation, and enterprise change management.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable business value and ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• AI Solution Consultancy and AI Strategy certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience within consulting firms, global system integrators, or large enterprise transformation environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of responsible AI governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with AI-driven operating models, automation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with APAC enterprise markets and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to drive both strategic planning and execution delivery.
