Overview

You will develop and customise GRC solutions on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow), focusing on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support risk and compliance operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Configure and customise GRC / IRM modules on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow).

  • Develop platform applications using workflow tools, business rules, scripting frameworks, and UI customisation.

  • Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Design automated workflows to support risk assessment and compliance processes.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor risk posture and compliance status.

  • Perform platform administration including user management, access control, and system maintenance.

  • Write maintainable scripts, conduct code reviews, and implement unit/integration testing.

  • Collaborate with risk practice teams, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into platform solutions.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, tech sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience developing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow).

  • Hands-on experience with GRC / IRM modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, or Audit Management.

  • Proficiency with platform scripting (JavaScript or similar) and platform development tools.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and system connectivity.

  • Understanding of platform administration, security controls, and configuration management.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or relevant modules) are a plus.

  • Familiarity with ITIL and GRC frameworks is advantageous.

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
