Senior Solution Architect – Modern Applications (Microservices & Event-Driven)

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture, presales, and delivery across modern application platforms spanning cloud-native, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

This role operates flexibly across presales, delivery, or both within a client engagement, shaping solutions, contributing to bids, and ensuring execution aligned to business outcomes.

This role is suited for architects who can independently shape, win, and deliver complex modern application solutions.

You will work with highly technical clients and strong offshore engineering teams, where your value is measured by depth of technical expertise, clarity of solution structuring, consulting, storytelling and ability to influence outcomes from day one.

What You Will Do

• Define end-to-end architectures using microservices and event-driven patterns
• Apply architecture frameworks, design patterns, and well-architected principles. Design across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Ensure alignment to scalability, resilience, security, and performance expectations. Architect and deliver systems at scale (high-volume, low-latency, mission-critical enterprise platforms)

• Lead solutioning end-to-end in presales, including shaping proposals, defining architecture, and creating differentiated technical positioning
• Prototype, validate, and guide implementation using Spring Boot, Quarkus, REST/gRPC, .Net / Java
• Drive modernization: Monolith to Microservices, Batch to Event-driven, Legacy to cloud-native / cloud-ready

• Architect event-driven systems (Kafka / messaging / streaming)
• Solve distributed system challenges (failures, retries, scaling, latency)

• Collaborate with strong offshore engineering teams that require architectural depth and influencing through deep technical guidance, sharing the solution proposal workload by holding the pen, not supervision

• Build compelling demos, POCs, and architecture artefacts proactively to support the solution proposal
• Able to navigate enterprise complexity and collaborate with various teams to identify relevant success stories, benchmarks, and modernization patterns

Requirements

• 15+ years in end-to-end SDLC with extensive hands-on architecture experience (consistently operating in an architect role for minimum 6 years)
• Proven track record architecting, designing and delivering microservices and event-driven systems at scale.
• Experience across presales, solutioning, and delivery
• Good to have experience & expertise in AI, Data Architecture, Cyber Security and Cloud Architecture.
