M72 - Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design and develop a modern 3D geospatial web platform. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test and review application code for a 3D geospatial web platform.
• Integrate backend systems and APIs with frontend applications.
• Design and implement interfaces with external systems and authentication services.
• Establish and maintain DevOps pipelines, including automated testing, security scanning and CI/CD using GitLab.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible deployments.
• Ensure applications comply with applicable government security policies and standards.
• Document system architecture, technical designs and key development decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript and React.
• Experience in enterprise software engineering, application development and system design.
• Experience supporting system operations and maintenance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
• Good communication skills, including technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
