As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritise, and execute product initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, removing delivery barriers, and ensuring high-performing teams build impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver products using Agile methodologies, continuously iterating based on feedback.

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and scope by analysing requirements and business needs.

  • Lead product planning and prioritisation based on team capacity and business impact.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Engineers, UX Designers, and Business Analysts to plan releases.

  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring user stories and tasks are clearly defined (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams.

  • Track product development progress, bugs, and risks, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Bridge communication between business and technical teams, providing clear updates and documentation.

  • Gather user feedback and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.

  • Support government processes such as procurement, project finance, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

  • Ability to understand both technical and business perspectives of product development.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to improve processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar development tools.

  • Experience in AI/ML, SaaS platforms, UI/UX design, or go-to-market strategies.

  • Familiarity with public sector projects and government processes.

  • Proven experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and product launches.
