About the job User Experience (UX) Designer
Responsibilities
- Consult stakeholders to understand business goals and propose user-centric solutions to support finance operations effectively.
- Review end-to-end user journeys and recommend optimal UX designs aligned with the proposed ERP Solution and industry best practices.
- Identify and solve UX challenges by translating complex requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Create and iterate design concepts through storyboards, user flows, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes, MVPs, and other UX methodologies.
- Conduct user research activities such as usability testing, Hallway Testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, and surveys.
- Translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations and improvements.
- Define, develop, and maintain consistent UX standards, design systems, and process patterns across the Solution.
- Collaborate closely with business users, developers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing user experiences for ERP Solutions or enterprise systems.
- Strong track record in delivering user-centric design solutions.
- Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and other UX research activities.
- Proficiency in developing site maps, workflows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Good organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation and listening skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
