Overview
The Technology Partner Advisor (Microsoft) is a senior consultative presales and envisioning role dedicated to accelerating FPT Software's strategic partnership with Microsoft. This role supports Oversea Branches in shaping Microsoft‑led transformation opportunities, driving co‑sell execution, and positioning FPT as a trusted partner for Azure, Data & AI & Security, and enterprise platform transformation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the presales and solution‑envisioning focal point for Microsoft‑related strategic opportunities
- Support early‑stage deal shaping involving Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Security, and application modernization
- Lead executive‑level envisioning and architecture workshops aligned with Microsoft GTM priorities
- Work closely with Microsoft field teams to drive co‑sell motions, deal registration, and pipeline acceleration
- Support definition of joint Microsoft‑FPT solutions, reference architectures, and industry plays
- Act as a forward‑deployed advisor to Oversea Branch sales and presales teams on Microsoft pursuits
- Contribute to Microsoft Joint Business Plans (JBP), QBRs, and partner governance activities
- Coach and enable regional teams on Microsoft partner GTM and FPT Software specialized Microsoft GTM and plays
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in presales, technology advisory, or solution consulting roles
- Strong hands‑on exposure to some of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Data & AI, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure security & sentinel)
- Proven consultative selling skills and executive‑level communication ability
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and AI‑enabled platforms
- Experience operating in global or matrix organizations
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft field organizations
- Exposure to AI‑first, data‑platform, or large‑scale cloud modernization programs
- Microsoft certifications or partner accreditations (e.g., Azure, Data & AI) are a strong advantage
- Trusted advisor mindset with strong customer and partner orientation
- Ability to influence across sales, partners, and delivery teams without formal authority
- Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline
- Comfortable working across cultures, regions, and partner ecosystems
