Business Analyst (Education Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and analyse business requirements from diverse stakeholders: school managers, teachers, students, parents, and government bodies.
• Develop clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, use cases, and basic wireframes.
• Model business processes and data flows using BPMN, UML, or similar standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure solutions are practical and user-friendly.
• Participate in UAT preparation, create test cases, and support end-user training.
• Ensure solutions comply with education standards, privacy regulations, and data protection laws
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in business processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in the education / EdTech sector is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, OutSystems or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proven ability to document and communicate complex requirements in a clear, concise manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is advantageous.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
