OutSystems Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead

Summary:

As the OutSystems CoE Lead, you will be at the forefront of our OutSystems practice, responsible for establishing, leading, and ensuring the highest standards of OutSystems architecture and development within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and governing best practices, compliance policies, and innovative solutions leveraging the OutSystems platform. This role demands a blend of technical prowess, leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the OutSystems CoE, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of OutSystems architecture, advocating for and implementing best practices in OutSystems development across the team.
• Craft, implement, and manage governance and compliance policies specific to OutSystems development within the organization.
• Lead the evaluation, creation, and critique of solutions developed on the OutSystems platform, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and business partners, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to the OutSystems development team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Stay abreast of the latest OutSystems features, updates, and industry trends, ensuring the CoE remains at the cutting edge of technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an OutSystems practice lead or in a similar leadership role within an OutSystems development environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of OutSystems architecture and deep familiarity with OutSystems best practices.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in creating, evaluating, and improving OutSystems-based solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives, influence change, and inspire a team towards achieving excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Relevant certifications in OutSystems are highly desirable.
