About the Role
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements across platform, network, and workplace domains.
- Lead domain-specific initiatives while collaborating across teams to ensure integrated, end-to-end systems delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
- Drive observability, monitoring, and telemetry integration to enable proactive incident response and continuous improvement in system health.
- Apply SRE principles including error budgeting, service-level objectives, and failure mode analysis to guide infrastructure evolution.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex system issues, leading remediation and documentation efforts.
- Contribute to technical standards, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices within and across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in design and delivery discussions.

What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or DevOps.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents.
- Strong experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments, virtualization, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs) and experience with cloud or hybrid environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and guide resolution efforts across multiple teams.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
