About the job M01 - Nintex Automation Developer
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Nintex Automation Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain workflow automation solutions using Nintex K2 platform (including K2 Designer and SmartObjects). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow design, form development, and support within enterprise environments, and a deep understanding of security and compliance requirements within government or regulated sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new business workflows.
- Design and build workflows and forms using K2 Designer, SmartObjects, and other Nintex tools.
- Deploy automation solutions across development, UAT, and production environments.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for all workflow applications.
- Perform bug fixes, upgrades, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Support release management activities and ensure platform stability.
- Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for all developed workflows and enhancements.
- Support UAT execution and resolve defects before deployment.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for all solutions and workflows.
- Ensure version control and audit trails for workflow changes.
- Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities.
- Ensure all workflows comply with Whole-of-Government (WOG) ICT standards, including security, data privacy, and audit controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Nintex K2 workflow development and form design
- Strong understanding of SmartObjects, workflow architecture, and K2 Designer
- Experience in testing methodologies and debugging
- Familiarity with government ICT compliance, VAPT, and security controls
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and work in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SharePoint, SQL Server, or other related enterprise platforms
- Experience in working with WOG-compliant systems or other public sector solutions
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
