We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our Centre of Excellence team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our ServiceNow implementation strategy, establishing best practices, and driving technology exploration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
  • Establish and maintain ServiceNow technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new ServiceNow features and capabilities
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams
  • Evaluate and recommend integration patterns and approaches with enterprise systems
  • Drive innovation through technology exploration and implementation of new ServiceNow capabilities
  • Review and validate technical designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture
  • Current ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in at least 3 ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, or HR Service Delivery
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and architectural patterns
  • Experience in leading complex ServiceNow implementations and integration projects
  • Proven track record in establishing technical standards and governance frameworks

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and customisation
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow integration technologies (Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, APIs)
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

  • Leadership experience in technical roles
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple ServiceNow versions and upgrade cycles

  • Experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
  • Background in enterprise architecture or solution architecture
  • Industry certifications in ITIL or project management
