What to expect

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product as it continuously evolves through agile development. 
  • Independently develop and execute marketing/outreach campaigns to build awareness of our product, e.g., through EDMs and sharing about our product with senior management and tech savvy communities at events and forums.
  • Independently design and deliver initiatives that help interested agencies take the first step with our product, e.g., through conducting regular product demo workshops and maintaining intuitive self-help resources.
  • Independently support agencies actively trying our product by providing timely advice to help them troubleshoot, unblock, and build momentum, while guiding them to get the most out of existing and new product features, e.g., through EDMs, regular product clinics, and community engagement on Telegram.
  • Independently engage active users to deepen adoption and spotlight success stories, e.g., through community sharings and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Collate user feedback (both prospective and current users) and work closely with the product team to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

How to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a business development role, account manager role, client engagement manager role, or related roles involving direct engagements with potential clients for software products or services.
  • Ability to develop and execute your engagement and business strategy in parallel with our product roadmap
  • Confident public speaker and ability to independently run workshops, clinics and webinars, and broad-based engagement activities
  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with clients to drive adoption and customer success, including with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts, with keen interest in solving public service challenges and improving digital solutions
  • Strong bias for action and taking initiative; willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and proactively solve problems
  • Ability to thrive in an a high-pace and ambiguous / agile environment
  • Experience in engagement management for public service products will be a plus
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or case management systems (CMS) will be a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing, events planning will be a plus
  • Experience in copywriting and graphics design will be a plus
