Principal Architect

Role Summary

We are hiring a hands-on Principal Architect to lead architecture, presales, and delivery across enterprise transformation initiatives spanning Modern Applications, Data & AI, and Multi-Cloud environments across cloud-native, on-prem, hybrid, and private cloud ecosystems.

This role is suited for architects who can independently shape, win, and deliver complex enterprise solutions while working with highly technical clients and strong offshore engineering teams.

What You Will Do

• Define end-to-end architectures across:
• Microservices & Event-Driven Systems
• Modern Data Platforms, AI/ML & GenAI
• Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Cloud ecosystems
• Lead solutioning in presales, including proposals, technical positioning, demos, and POCs
• Drive modernization initiatives:
• Monolith to Microservices
• Legacy to Cloud-native / AI-ready platforms
• Cloud Transformation & Consolidation
• Architect scalable, secure, resilient, and enterprise-grade distributed systems
• Apply architecture frameworks, design patterns, governance, and well-architected principles
• Collaborate with strong offshore teams through deep technical guidance and architectural leadership — holding the pen, not supervision
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments with high ownership and accountability

Requirements

• 15+ years in software / platform / data engineering with extensive hands-on architecture experience (minimum 6+ years in architect roles)
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs across Applications, Cloud, Data, and AI domains
• Strong expertise in two or more of the following:
• Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
• Data Platforms, AI/ML & GenAI
• Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Transformation
• Hands-on exposure to modern enterprise ecosystems including cloud platforms, Kubernetes, DevOps, distributed systems, modern data platforms, and AI ecosystems
• Strong consulting, presales, technical storytelling, and stakeholder management capability
