Job Responsibilities

  • Consultant, pre-sales, and domain expert in healthcare IT
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Architect in establishing and expanding relations with the customers (CEO, CTO, CIO) to win projects (POC, MVP, etc.)
  • Prepare and present the capability and value of the company in the healthcare industry to the customers (both C-suite and end-users)
  • Research and analyze the prospect customers challenges and opportunities in their business needs and IT requirements
  • Assist the bidding team and connect with other departments to ensure that RFIs and RFPs are delivered and answered
  • Aid the customers in defining the scope of POCs and the POC team in implementing and demonstrating the success, guarantee the achievement of the final business goal of the company
  • Contribute knowledge and skills in development projects as consultant, product owner, business analyst, solution architect, or delivery manager to ensure success
  • Research and analyze the business and technology trends in the healthcare market; join conferences, webinars, and professional communities to enhance domain knowledge; share knowledge to the team



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics or any related fields
  • Extensive experience as business analyst, product owner, product manager, pre-sales, solution architect, or technical project manager in software products/projects in digital health
  • Experience in outlining IT solutions and directing Solution Architect and domain experts to create suitable solution proposal
  • Experience working in the IT industry, in the implementation of software solutions
  • Hold the position of CTO, CIO, or Head of IT, Senior Consultant, Senior Pre-sales, and Solution Leader in a digital health company or a healthcare organization
  • Demonstrate expertise in business problem solving, project road, scope management, and stakeholder management.
  • Show the ability to quickly proposal and lead the customers by displaying extensive technical and domain knowledge and analysis of the problems and solutions
  • Able to take leadership role and drive the team
