Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Presales Consultant to join our team. This role will play a role in driving sales by providing technical expertise and support during the presales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our services and products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering presales support to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other events as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably 8 years and above's proven experience in presales or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services, particularly in cutting-edge fields such as cloud computing, digital transformation solutions, data, AI and etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
