Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery phases across divisions, identifying stakeholders; defining scope, business cases, risks, KPIs, and solution options.
- Facilitate workshops, eliciting both functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, observation, Joint Requirements Development, and prototyping.
- Define and document comprehensive use cases, workflows, process maps, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, product owners, UX, and delivery teams to ensure clarity and accurate translation of requirements into design and implementation.
- Perform analysis on business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions that optimize operations or reduce cost.
- Manage stakeholder alignment, expectations, and effective communication across business units, technical teams, and leadership.
- Support UAT and change management activities, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and are successfully adopted.

- Divisions are onboarded to platform products smoothly, on time and delivering intended business outcomes.
- Increased stakeholder satisfaction across divisions driven by improved effectiveness in collaboration and communication.
- Documentation (e.g. use cases, workflows, data maps) are used extensively, demonstrating clarity, completeness, and business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior business analysis roles, especially involving cross-functional or platform onboarding projects.
- Strong expertise in discovery, requirements elicitation, process modelling, use case and data mapping techniques.
- Proven record of leading workshops, writing clear requirement specifications, and facilitating UAT/change management.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in KPI definition, data-driven insights, cost-benefit/risk analysis.
- Skilled in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to partner with technical delivery teams and understand architecture, data models, and digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Lean software delivery.
- Familiarity with enterprise/cloud platforms or digital government systems.
