Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Assessment
- Assess existing Finance workflows and business processes to determine readiness for migration to SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand current pain points, requirements, and intended outcomes.
- Document and analyse AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
Requirements & Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into clear, workable functional and technical specifications, ensuring:
- Scalability
- Security
- Maintainability
- Alignment with organisational IT policies and standards
- Prepare solution design documentation, including:
- AS-IS / TO-BE process flows
- Wireframes (where applicable)
- Functional and solution design documents
RPA & Automation Support
- Work closely with UiPath and Power Platform developers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood.
- Ensure automation solutions are delivered in line with business intent and expected outcomes.
- Provide clarification and ongoing support throughout the automation development lifecycle.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Assist in defining test scenarios and test cases based on documented requirements.
- Coordinate with developers and business users to ensure automations are:
- Thoroughly tested
- Fit for purpose
- Approved prior to deployment
Project Support
- Support the Team Lead in project planning, coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, or delays and propose mitigation or corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance-related processes.
- Mandatory: Hands-on project experience in RPA initiatives.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
