Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Onsite Project Manager to work directly with customer mainly in Singapore, and remote/offshore development teams.
• Lead multiple teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, in scope and delight the customers
• Analyze clients requirements and work out strategic planning, Develop program strategies and goals which match with the strategic and product roadmap of customer.
• Coordinate and organize project activities to deliver working software to production, aligning with the product roadmap.
• Main coordination and escalation point for the team
• Manage project development and implementation. Manage the project schedule and track activities to successful delivery.
• Manage the delivery process and ensure all project documentations are filed and kept.
• Manage project risks and dependencies, recommending workaround solutions to customers to meet delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid PMP certification with at least 7 years of experience in a Project Manager role, including a minimum of 3 years in Digital Transformation projects/programs.
• Proficient in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
• Experienced in process change and adoption across technical delivery teams.
• Familiar with Enterprise Integration and Application Design patterns.
• Skilled in scheduling and tracking using open-source tools (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including onsite/offshore communication.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is a must.
• Experience in Healthcare or AI/AR projects/programs in healthcare is a plus.
