  • Ensuring the up-time and proper functioning of assigned GRAs IT systems
  • Developing annual maintenance plan and service plan for assigned systems
  • Managing the procurement activities related to the systems
  • Responding to user requests for enhancements and bug fixes
  • Working with the respective Contractors to resolve operational issues
  • Implementing system enhancements on time and within budget
  • Responding to periodic audits
  • Managing application fixes and patches as released by manufacturers or directed by GovTech or MHA policies
  • Hardening of systems to comply with WOG standards
  • Ensuring systems are free from security vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with system owners and business users on strategic improvements and enhancements plans.
