About the job M02 Project Manager
- Ensuring the up-time and proper functioning of assigned GRAs IT systems
- Developing annual maintenance plan and service plan for assigned systems
- Managing the procurement activities related to the systems
- Responding to user requests for enhancements and bug fixes
- Working with the respective Contractors to resolve operational issues
- Implementing system enhancements on time and within budget
- Responding to periodic audits
- Managing application fixes and patches as released by manufacturers or directed by GovTech or MHA policies
- Hardening of systems to comply with WOG standards
- Ensuring systems are free from security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with system owners and business users on strategic improvements and enhancements plans.
