Responsibilities
End-User Computing & Device Management
- Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM
- Troubleshot complex endpoint and workspace-related issues
Workspace & Collaboration Technologies
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements
- Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable
- Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as BitLocker, Defender, and compliance policies
- Support identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access
- Ensure workspace environments meet internal security, audit, and compliance requirements
User Support & Operations
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for workspace-related incidents and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues
- Collaborate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams to improve support efficiency Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
- Participate in technology refresh, pilot, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities
- Proactively identify opportunities (automation; AI etc.) to improve user experience, stability, and security Requirements (Top 3 Mandatory Criteria highlighted in yellow)
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in End-User Computing / Workspace / EUC roles in enterprise or corporate IT environments
- Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
- Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with a proactive and responsible mindset Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Microsoft certifications related to Modern Workplace or Endpoint Management
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Exposure to automation, VDI, or zero-trust security models
