Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Global Partner Manager for AWS to lead our global Tier-1 strategic alliance. This role owns the full partnership lifecycle with AWS in term of strategy, competency development, joint business planning, solution co-creation, and global go-to-market execution while driving significant partner-sourced and influenced revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as FPT Software's global executive interface with AWS.
  • Lead the Joint Business Plan (JBP), quarterly business reviews, and partnership governance.
  • Drive global revenue growth through partner-sourced and influenced deals.
  • Build and scale AWS-aligned solutions with FPT delivery and service line teams with a strong accent on vertical industries and AI (Generative & Agentic AI, ML).
  • Lead global GTM campaigns, co-marketing, events, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Manage certifications, competencies, and partner program requirements.
  • Enable regional teams with playbooks, training, and sales/presales support.
  • Lead the Virtual Business Unit (VBU) for AWS across global and regional teams.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or enterprise business development.
  • Proven success managing Tier-1 alliances (e.g., NVIDIA, Microsoft, AWS, Google).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data, and AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
  • ASAP CA-AM/CSAP certification is a plus
